A King and Queen stand on the backs of a two-bodied, one-headed lion. The King on the left reaches out with his right hand and grasps the right hand of a Queen standing upon the right body of the lion. The King holds a sceptre and the Queen a triple flowered lily plant. From above a bird descends bearing a six-pointed star on its body. From the mouth of the lion comes forth a stream of water or other liquid.
