"A Brief Account of Earlier Approaches to Coptic Alchemical Manuscripts A legend transmitted in the Kitab al-fihrist of Abu al-Faraj Muhammad ibn Ishaq al-Nadlm tells the story of the first translation of alchemical writings into Arabic, focusing on the figure of the Umayyad prince Khalid ibn Yazld ibn Mu'awiya, "who used to be called the hakim of the Marwan family. Being noble-minded and deeply enamoured of the sciences, particularly the alchem ical arts, he ordered a number of Greek philosophers living in the town of Misr."

"The English Gematria Calculator is an online calculator for finding the value of a word or a phrase in gematria, but it also searches the database for more phrases and words that equals in the gematria value to the searched element. The online gematria calculator will calculate the Gematria value not only in English but also in Hebrew Gematria, Jewish Gematria and the Simple Gematria method. Searching by value will also work."

| The Role of Jewelry in Alchemy |

"Forget everything you think you know about your jewelry box. It’s not just a collection of shiny things; it’s a treasure trove of ancient secrets, mystical power, and a little bit of magic. Long before jewelry was about matching your outfit or dropping hints for your anniversary, it was the ultimate tool for alchemists and mystics trying to crack the code of the universe. We’re talking about a time when a ruby ring wasn’t just a statement piece—it was a direct line to the planet Mars, and a emerald pendant was believed to reveal truths and protect against evil spells. Let’s dive into the wonderfully weird and fascinating history of how jewelry was used to turn lead into life’s great mysteries (and maybe, just maybe, into gold)."

| Cagliostro: The Last Alchemist |

"Depending on whom you ask, he was either a great healer or a dangerous charlatan. Internationally acclaimed historian Iain McCalman documents how Cagliostro crossed paths -- and often swords -- with the likes of Catherine the Great, Marie Antoinette, and Pope Pius VI. He was a muse to William Blake and the inspiration for both Mozart's Magic Flute and Goethe’s Faust. Louis XVI had him thrown into the Bastille for his alleged involvement in what would come to be known as ''the affair of the necklace.'' Yet in London, Warsaw, and St. Petersburg, he established ''healing clinics'' for the poorest of the poor, and his dexterity in the worlds of alchemy and spiritualism won him acclaim among the nobility across Europe."
