Oh sorry - you need to be a member. Join - it's free and a good forum.
Basically Mark said a few years ago that it could never be reprinted because he didn't own the copyright to the art work; now he says he is permitted to, and Chesca's BROTHER has posted that no he isn't.
Some of it is outlined here:

In today's zeitgeist of "ethical business practices" I'm very surprised at the people who are behind this business endeavor. It's shocking and disappointing to see many in the tarot community, who I thought were ethical, who, turns out, are really just out to make a quick buck. It also makes me think that perhaps the same people, these people who are supporting Mr. Ryan in his unethical endeavor to republish this deck, really were in it for the money the entire time. I won't be purchasing any of their previously published decks again, either, no matter how much I like them. Last edited on Wed Jun 19th, 2019 11:03 am by Reece

Interestingly back in 2014 (at least according to dates in the posted comments) according to this website, Chesca Potter released all her images of the Greenwood to anyone who would like to make non-commercial copies for themselves. The link below contains a link to the images, as well as a 'book' by Potter describing all the cards and their meanings.
https://voicewithinthecards.wordpress.com/greenwood-tarot-book/
From the website:
"Greenwood images according to the Artist
Sadly Chesca Potter, the creator of the images of the Greenwood Tarot no longer maintains her website herebedragons.com and so her own self written on line deck art companion book was looking for a new home. I can provide that here and at the same time ensuring Chesca’s anonymity.
All images shown here are under copyright by Chesca Potter.
Please enjoy – with her blessing"

She did indeed - for non-commercial use - and even left off the titles as Mark COULD in a way claim to own those. He is hardly non-commercial.
Mark has now even put up her original book ON HIS WEBSITE, with her name removed and no image:
It's a scanned in copy of his printed copy of her handbook, with his Greenwood website added to every page and, like I said, a new cover. Without her name.
That is just wrong and disrespectful. Just like it would be wrong for me to scan in the book he wrote and pop it up online with his name removed - pretty sure if I did and he found out I'd be hearing about it!
He's a creep, basically.
