She did indeed - for non-commercial use - and even left off the titles as Mark COULD in a way claim to own those. He is hardly non-commercial.
Mark has now even put up her original book ON HIS WEBSITE, with her name removed and no image:
It's a scanned in copy of his printed copy of her handbook, with his Greenwood website added to every page and, like I said, a new cover. Without her name.
That is just wrong and disrespectful. Just like it would be wrong for me to scan in the book he wrote and pop it up online with his name removed - pretty sure if I did and he found out I'd be hearing about it!
He's a creep, basically.
