I have been alerted to some postings from a user called "elloding" which are obviously phishing posts. By pretending to make money available to you, they are trying to get your bank account details so they can steal money from you or use your bank account details to set up credit cards linked to your account which they can fraudulently use.
We all get such things in our regular email, of course. I get about 20 messages like this every day. This is the first report of such mails using the messaging system of the forum.
Needless to say I immediately removed user "elloding", but they may try and return under another name. If this becomes an ongoing problem I will have to lock the forum again to new subscribers.
