Dear All,
I'm happy to let you know that at last my latest tarot is ready! You can find the images from the major arcana plus a taste of the minors at the Fig Tree Press website, link below.
The Liminal Tarot
Love and light,
Pen

Hi Pen.
Congrats on finishing!
It looks very atmospheric, and it has a theatrical quality that feels similar to your Wild Green Chagallian.
Nice work!

Congratulations, Pen!
I especially like the creative use of perspective, and I'm interested that you chose to use some titles and images that are Rider-Waite, some Thoth, and some more traditional.

Thanks Debra.
Those titles just seemed to push themselves forwards somehow, even before I started on the cards themselves.

The deck already landed in my letterbox this morning (well, I ordered it the very minute I got the email-notification that it's available, and I am rewarded with number 2/200 ).
I only had time to flip through the cards very briefly. But wow, what a beautiful deck!
I take it that, like with the previous decks, there won't be a second print run? So rush, folks, as long as there are copies available, even though the deck isn't exactly cheap.

That was quick! Glad it arrived safely and so happy that you like it. :)
No, like all the Limited Editions, there won't be a second print run. I kept the price down as much as I could - unlike China, printing in the UK is expensive, and postage just went up again today. I did as much of the preparation as I could, wrapping the decks in their handmade paper, decorating the sides of the tins with a lovely design compatible with the cards and label, and trimming and applying the labels myself.
The Liminal seems very accurate - a couple of days ago I drew three cards - all very apt reversals except for the third card (which was the right way up) - the Four of Swords. :)

Congratulations! And gorgeous deck1 I like how you seem to draw different inspirations and style for each card, and yet everything looks like a cohesive whole.

For those of you who missed out on the Limited Edition of cards, Pen's Guide to The Liminal Tarot is now available from Amazon.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Guide-Liminal-Tarot-Penelope-Cline/dp/1546406972/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1506612990&sr=1-1&keywords=Pen%27s+guide+to+the+Liminal+Tarot
As with the Pen Tarot and Wild Green Chagallian guides, this one is also formatted with almost full-sized images of the cards on the right-hand side of each page, with reverses of the cards printed on the back of the images. This allows anyone with some craft skill to remove the card images, laminate, trim to use as cards and still be left with an intact text guide book.
The cover is formatted in a similar way so that the title (like the text within) is next to the gutter of the book so the image on the right of the cover may be trimmed and used to attach to the lid of a box in which to keep the cards (box not included).
Fingers crossed it meets with approval... :)
