Um... what do you mean by "genuine?" You posted a scan of a card which is from the deck I referenced. What more are you interested in knowing (that one could deduce from your scan)?
I am interested in knowing how one can interpret such deck since I have no idea. The small booklet included with the deck isn't helpful and I don't know what I can do about it.
Ah. OK - well, it is a game deck. Not actually designed for reading with - but many people read playing cards; you might try and get hold of a book on how to read those, and then graft traditional major arcana meanings on to the trumps.
There may even be a book on how to read tarocchi..... If I see one, I will post.
Or - just look at the cards and see what you pick up from the actual pictures (this will not help with the pip cards, of course ...)
Do you have another more tarot-y deck; maybe learning from using it and then using what you have learned on this one would help.....
