It appears that a UK erotic artist named Lynn Paula Russell is collaborating with someone who calls himself "Kairos" on a tarot focused explicitly on sexuality. Given that the deck is planned to have 84 cards and she has thus far completed 10, I have no idea the likelihood that it will ever be completed and published. And, of course, there are few things more subjective than what constitutes "erotic" (say, for instance, what constitutes "art"), so you'll have to decide for yourself whether Ms. Russell's illustrations qualify.
On the other hand, there is such a paucity of decks whose theme is so unequivocally and unapologetically sexual that one might as well retain an attitude of cautious optimism.
