I started to work on the 10 of Wands. My mother (91 years old) fell and fractured her hip-bone - hospital, operation, so on. Very sorry but I won't be able to contribute to the collaborative deck. Please feel free to give it to somebody else. My apologies.

I finished some of my cards. But there is not a separate thread for the cards. So I will just post them here:
For the minors, the Fives, I have chosen to use Pippa Dolls again. So there will be one more featuring dolls.
Here is the 5 of Cups:
Meaning: grief, sadness, loss. Feeling the loss and pain deeply.

I'm working on my cards this weekend. Also, my friend Gabe Narciso has his Emperor ready to scan. Gabe is very reclusive, 21, an art student and really worked to include the Emperor symbolism in his effort. He was open to suggestions (for instance, his first effort had a mitre that would too easily be mistaken for the Hierophant; he changed it to a very recognizable crown). I appreciate your openness to accepting a new and budding artist. I know it's a little controversial since he isn't online. But he isn't online anywhere; it's not personal. I can provide a photo of him to prove he's a real person, very quiet and very earnest about his talent. I think you'll like what he's done. Here he is with his Mom, Nancy, who is an art teacher at one of the high schools in town. Attached Image (viewed 98 times):

I saw this video of a lion hugging the woman who rescued and raised him as a cub. To me that was a perfect representation of Strength. The tenderness and love of the lion, and the strength of the woman to actually hold his embrace.

Reall, thank you so much. I appreciate your compliment on my photography and cards. The lion hugging the woman, I only saw a youtube video of it, but it touched me so much. It screamed Strength To me. I had already signed up for the card and planned to make a drawing. But I knew I had to use this.

Either one works for me - but there COULD be issues with the tree bark and some colours/artwork - only you have seen the lot.
