 Do you have "Scopri il Futuro con le carte di Osiride" deck ? Author Bev Craig, Edited by Invicta Milano 1980.
Inside there is a deck of 45 cards, my doubt is if there were 54 cards and they are missing,
I have not found anyone who has them to compare.

includes:
original box (some wear and tear)
folding "case" that holds cards
booklet with instructions
deck of cards (45 cards) missing 2,3,4 hearts - 2,3 clubs - 2,3 spades

So you are looking for 52 cards in the deck.
