Fun things can come in little pouches sometimes, like this deck that doesn't take itself too serious, you can almost feel the jolliness that had to be going on while creating it.

The images are collage old stile it seems (being paper, scissor and glue method) to form images ranging from chaotic to playful and comical. Some of the cards are landscape others in upright directions (others i'm not sure what's up- down, or any-other-way) some images are filling the cards entirely some leave some border - the deck as a whole ranges from sweet over playful to a bit chaotic but somehow that adds to it's charm.

please be :gi they where $20

well they are a 'normal' bookstore and from what i gathered the online side of the business is a very small part of it..I'm sure they will be surprised by the sudden rush of tarot euh lovers :bl

the deck is quite small at +/-9 x 5cm the bag looks and feels like the bag the 78-cards version of the Ironwxing comes in (but much much smaller) and contained the deck cut up in 5 parts (majors + each suite) bound together with cord.

they are fun really fun - Miss on Harrington apparently has a good insight into tarot, and can take an irreverent and playful approach to it.

Somehow that devil immediately made me think of you dear :cs but only in every good way possible

Gregory, how do you know there are only 40 decks, mine doesn't say anything about that?
I just went through my Deck, and it is adorable. I love the way it is presented with the little red and white cords wraped around the cards.I think I have Number 9.

Mine is numbered 32/40 on one of the little cards hanging from the bag tag. Very small writing - but very clear...

Alright to clarify:
1. Card:A Woman with a cat
2. Card:Nine of Pentacles
3. Card:The Star
4. Card: ? of Pentacles Some Guy with a head in his hand and a messy living room
5. Priestess (which has golden paint on the back)

My Nine of Pentacles has 2 holes, maybe there was the tiny writing. LOL.

OK - I have 6 cards:

Strength (and on the back of her, a little conjurer in red ink, with TAROT across him in black - and hand written, 32/40 and "a deck of 78 cards".)

and also Death, Star, 7 cups, Queen of Pentacles, all with her website on the back - and like you - a mystery card that I cannot see in the deck (been through it twice...) - mine has a man in a dress and an ample black woman lying among flowers.... with a streaked spatter painted back....
