OK - I said I would do Strength. I lied.
I have decided to do the Chariot instead - and here it is. This means Strength is probably up for grabs again.

You probably had Strength too much on your mind. That happens to me too sometimes

So, I got some free time finally, and am very happy with my first experiment in a new style for me, as an homage to one of my favorite artists (link to the blog post for a little more, and who I'm referencing).
...Also, a (not entirely) shameless plug for my other tarot project, which is how I got involved in this one.Last edited on Tue Aug 5th, 2014 08:21 pm by spiralingcadaver

I love that card, SpiralingCadaver! It is wonderful! And it is black&white, always a bonus in my book . And welcome to the collaborative deck! Last edited on Tue Aug 5th, 2014 10:43 pm by truelighth

gregory, thanks, and yeah- Ward has done some of the only woodcuts that really spoke to me, and fortunately has been recently re-published so it's way less difficult to get ahold of books.
truelight, thanks for the nice remarks and the warm welcome :)

The chariot card looks nice. Are the figures from a sculpture?
The Hanged Man and Strength images look good too. Strength's reminds me of the scratchboard art on the covers of Gregory Maguire books.

very, very, VERY low res.
If you want to see better quality, email me and I'll email you a copy.
As you can see, I am still missing the empress, but I can use this to get a quote from the printer.Attached Image (viewed 57 times):

Thanks, it id easier to see them and a single deck.
Empress is present and accounted for now. I had used a temp filler card, and requested a price quote from the printer already.

An email just went out with the costs for the deck and shipping. If you have any questions or didn't get the email, let me know.
there will be a very limited number of extra decks available at the same cost, first people to request extra deck, get it.
I forgot to say that if you DON'T want a deck, let me know and I can release it to someone else.Last edited on Thu Aug 28th, 2014 10:39 pm by skad1

with the 2014 deck only 24 cards, I think 2 would fit in an envelope, so if you put down a box and want to switch to the cheaper envelope, let me know and I'll switch.
Also let me know if you don't want a deck.Attached Image (viewed 33 times):

The final order has gone to the printer, and I should have it by the beginning of next week. I got the lwb's printed today, and I am going to start on the shipping envelopes and boxes tonight.
I have an extra deck that someone didn't want.Last edited on Fri Sep 5th, 2014 01:23 am by skad1
