Just stumbled upon this deck. Seems to have something to do with some sort of role-playing game or festival.
See the majors here.
Can be purchased here. (Be warned. It's one of those annoying sites that take over your whole screen.) The listing says it has 72 cards. I wonder if that's actually accurate.

received mine today and there are in-fact 78 cards.
looks like a fun deck, very similar to Mage /Ascension

Cool. (I kind of had a suspicion it was really 78.)
I had been trying to order it repeatedly since last Sunday with no success (they kept rejecting every one of my credit cards, while the various card issuers told me that they were getting no authorization requests from Zemanga). Finally figured out how to leave a message for their customer service folks and just tried it again and it went though. I received these on Friday. It is a rather fine deck, the Majors being the main area of interest, as the pips are not emblematic and the courts are quite simple images.
The cards are printed by Heron and they included a standard leaflet on tarot as a game. There is nothing about the sources for the symbolism on this deck.
One thing intrigued me. The Majors are all titled but in a script I cannot identify. Possible some cursive form of a Far Eastern language. Does anyone recognise it ?
Here are the titles for the Fool, Magician and Priestess.

On the web page linked up in the first post, there's a description of what this is about.
For those who read French, (which, unfortunately, doesn't include me), here's the original:
L'ordre numérique permet de leur associer une symbolique calquée sur celle du tarot divinatoire de notre monde. Les titres des Arcanes sont les mêmes que celles d'un tarot de Marseille, mais écrites dans un alphabet antique. Cette correspondance nous permet de déduire les sons a associer a chaque lettre. Notez que les symboles correspondent a des SON, pas forcément à nos caractères latins.

The numerical order makes it possible to associate to them a symbolic system copied on that of the tarot divinatoire of our world. The titles of the Mysteries are the same ones as those of a tarot of Marseilles, but written in an ancient alphabet. This correspondence enables us to deduce the sounds associates with each letter. Note that the symbols correspond with the SOUND, not necessarily with our latin characters.
The graphic below is an example that they provide.
So, if I'm understanding this, it seems that they are using the letter sounds of an old script alphabet to phonetically spell out the contemporary French name of each major. What I haven't been able to discover is if this is really an ancient script, or something they have created for their game world. Their explanation mentions "latin," but it doesn't match any Latin script I've been able to find with a (very) brief web search.Attached Image (viewed 64 times):
