This is a miniature Conver deck I bought in my first post-lockdown yard sale. The cards are approx. 7.5 x 5cm. They all have "FACSIMILE" printed in the lower margin, & "fortune" in the right margin: trumps & courts have their titles in the left margin, "fortune" is repeated in the left margin of the pips, many of which strike me as being upside down. Trumps II, V & XVI are respectively labelled as "The High Priestess", "High Priest" & "The Blasted Tower", & Coins are rather regrettably described as "Pentacles" on the relevant courts. I bought the deck loose, & there is no indication of a publisher on the cards themselves, apart perhaps from the repeated "fortune" in their margins. I'm curious to know if anyone here has more information about it.

It looks exactly like one I got in a kit WAY back when, put out by W H Smith via Octopus Books, in 1987, and called The Fortune Tarot. Titles and everything. It was part of a fortune telling package including I Ching sticks, dice, and a handbook by one Francis King. Each card says "facsimile" in the border, as yours do, and the box says the deck was reproduced by kind permission of the Worshipful Company of Makers of Playing Cards.

The only difference is in the backs - mine are not as nice as yours - but as you see, the font matches:
