Gregory asked about the TM in Belgium. Gregory asked about it.

I wish I had of known how about it when I lived in Belgium in the 90's...

I am going to send him a copy of our recent TC deck.

Wow. Thanks :) I vaguely knew one could see his collection, but I didn't realise it was an actual museum.

That is wonderful, Ambriel. That you are sending him a copy of our collaborative deck. And yes, it is a museum. I think you need to contact him to actually go and see it though.

And I agree 100% with mr LaLuna, Guido is a wonderful person.

Yes indeed! With the Taroholics Anonymous, and the Tarot and Oracle Collectors groups, Facebook is showing a lot of rare decks for those who are on the site. I've been posting some of my decks also. Celtic/Birchrose, Tarot de madrid, Kardz, and a few more so far.

Well, I have to be on FB for my job, so I checked both pages out and they're both "closed" groups (i.e., only visible to members - you have to apply for membership).

Out of curiosity, I joined both. And frankly, I just don't get it. Maybe I've finally turned into an old fogey, but as a medium for discussion and show and tell, I just can't see why anyone would prefer FB to a forum like TCS or even AT. I see the same superficial crap that one finds on all of the forums (except here, of course), but without sub-forums and topics, there's no way to separate the all-to-rare wheat from the overwhelming chaff without plowing through it all. Which to me, isn't even close to worth it.

When Quarkling posted the rare decks he mentions above (albeit in a blurry pic), no one except Giordano Berti even commented (and he only to chastise him for the pic).

Add to that the page margin being full of really obnoxious ads, and I'm baffled as to why anyone would find that fun or useful.

Anyone who does really needs to stay off my lawn.

Even though I am on facebook, I think a good old forum like this is way more suitable to share information and pictures. FB I use to keep in touch with people I know, which is fine. But I definitely prefer using a forum to talk Tarot.

I don't seem to be able to find that Taroholics Anonymous group. Does it still exist?
