It is from tarot lithographs or possibly etchings made by the Russian Wassili Nikolajewitsch Masjutin (1884-1955). It is likely to have been one of the first ever art tarots. Masjutin relocated to Berlin in 1922 following the revolution. Unfortunately, I have not been able to discover the present location of this artwork. Apparently, it was issued as a portfolio of prints.
I have some scans of other images and could post them somewhere if you wanted to see them.
I used it for the Forum because it was one of the earliest of art tarot images, dating from around 1920.
