Just introducing myself- finally had a chance to sit down and write something.
My name's Rune Emerson, I'm a diviner and teacher of magical practices out in Nevada. I'm the founder of the Risting Tradition, a local witchcraft trad here in NV. I read out of Pathways Spirit in Reno, and I write books.
I love the tarot, and have since I was a child. I don't tend to keep a terribly large collection, mostly because I also tend to enjoy making gifts of the tarot when I meet someone new.
I practice a form of sorcery that uses tarot cards, which I don't mind chatting about a bit, so if you're interested, let me know, and we can talk shop.  I also practice geekomancy, aka pop culture magic (of a sort), and I find a lot of fun in that too.
Likes: magic of all kinds (but specifically those involving music, cards, runes, or old-style witchcraft); tarot of most any kind (except for the kind below).
Dislikes: the Crowley Thoth derivative tarot traditions (I know, lots of people like them, but I just don't).
See y'all on the forums! I tend to lurk unless I have something serious to say, but I figure that's how most people do anyway.
