There's a large Rider Waite on E-bay Italia; listing number 110217331282.
It is a complete deck and not the major arcana only edition your looking for so might not work for you.
At 55 euros it seems a little pricey so I would watch the item and see if the price drops in a few weeks.
It also looks like an Albano-Waite edition though that is not mentioned in the listing.I don't recall ever seeing a large Albano-Waite edition befor ....

There is a large edition of the Albano Waite majors only. It is a lot larger then the Giant RWS that Nicole is looking for. But very difficult to find.
Nicole, I know which one you mean. I have the majors only Giant RWS. TheBut I got it years ago and I haven't seen many of them. And of course I don't really want to part with my copy. But I will keep a look out in case I spot one.
In any case, the deck on the Italian Ebay states 22 majors and 56 minors, so it is a full deck, not the majors only.

Based on my experience, up to the moment, I would say
to anyone seeking a Giant set: Printed in Belgium
is the single main criterion for quality, elsewise garbage.
Printing went to Italy... TYPESET TITLES and BAD colour.
Printing is now in China... surely typeset, likely garbage.
Sad, but true. This is an image of a 22 card Giant edition
Printed in Belgium ~but, there were full sets printed also.Attached Image (viewed 63 times):

Hmmm... I have seen "blow ups" of The Pamela Colman Smith Tarot
that were easily 11" high (or thereabouts) but never listed for sale.
Two thoughts. An overhead projector, or make scans and trim them,
in close to the inside borders, and then copy them to disc and find a
reasonably priced print shop, and have single, full-page prints made.
The size ratio of the cards is approximately 3 to 5 width to length so
a full page would be the size of height. Then, mount on mat boards.

Thanks to everyone that responded.. I'm afraid the scans idea may be my only option ... I shall keep on the lookout regardless :)

Economywise, perhaps Black & White printed on BIG paper...? Using any old PKT for images to scan (or Tarot Made Easy by Garen) and then off to the print shop...?

I have a Grand R-W tarot, 78 cards deck for sale, if you'd like it, cards and booklet mint, no smell, box show some (normal) wear, copyright 1971 by US Game, printed in Belgium (when?), size approx. 4 by 7 - selling really cheap (bored of postings on eBay), $16US.
