Nice - but could you make him a LITTLE less grainy; he's hard to see even now.... (have aged eyes, will travel...)

gregory, I tweaked him slightly.  Do you like this better?  I don't want it to be totally "sharp" because The Hanged Man goes his own way, not in everyone else's "focus."

There is only one card wanting a home, Seven of Wands

Here is the Rider-Waite description, if that triggers anything for anyone.

Keywords: opposition, courage, persistence, advantage, gain, victory, zeal
Ill-Dignified: feels threatened, vulnerability (real or imaginary) quarreling, ignorance, insignificant victory.
Interpretation: Taking a stand. Becoming a leader. There are difficulties but you have the courage to meet them.

SEVEN of WANDS

Hey, all, someone who worked on our first collaborative has resurfaced after some time away--would you all mind if I hold this place while I ask if she'd be interested in doing this card?  Or if not, she could have my 3 of cups :)

Whoops!   Editing this, because I see that NamasteIndia has done a beautiful 7 of wands.

I'll tell our friend--she is definitely interested and I think will be here shortly.

I'll give her the 3 of cups--I think she'll say ok.

Ehmm Debra...where do you see a 7 of wands done by NamasteIndia? I see that NamasteIndia did the 2 of wands and the 6 of pentacles. Just wondering what I am missing... or you maybe..:hp

Yup, I did overlook it, together with a bunch of other cards. For some reason I didn't notice there was a 5th page in the thread...:f:v

Debra talked me into taking on the 7 of wands.  When I read the meanings it seems very appropriate given my recent hellish life experiences and the new challenges I am facing.  So, dibs I the 7 of wands.

Seems that the 7 of wands is taken.  Debra has offered me the 3 of Cups.  I could do with a party:ro.

Because last year "some" people were upset at us using an idea from the Simpsones tv show.  Most of us did not know it was from the Simpsons, but apparently it was, and made people unhappy.  So this year it's "Happy designer"  so someone can do whatever they want, and not hve to be confined to a squirrel.  The alternative was to delete the card.

I am alittle past due on my nagging.  :?  See first post on page one for the cards not done. :? I am so sad.

I have created a file with the cards not done, sorted by who said they would do them.  If you know any of these people, please feel free to nag (er, hint) to them that it's time to work on them.

Acouple weeks ago I emailed everyone on the list and hinted that the cards were due, but the deadline had been extended to July 30th.  I requested everyone to get hold of me and let me know their status.  Any cards that havn't been turned in (or someone get hold of me about them) will be open for someone else to do.  Acouple people got hold of me and said they wern't able to at this time, and I really appreciate them letting me know.  that way someone else has time to think on the cards they would like to do.

At the end of the threas for posting cards I put a thumbnail of all the cards tuned in so far.  :hp  :ok :ok :ok

Ok, I'll have an updated list later today.  I have gotten quite a few cards over the weekend, and heard from a few otheres.  The original person will have first go at the cards, so unfortunately, NamasteIndia's Queen of Cups and Empress won't be used.

Hang on, ya'll.  I love eager people but hang on until I get a chance to go over all the cards.  There will be cards looking for new homes, like the 5 and 6 of Swords.

We are having quite a few cards come in with a really low resolution (72 pixels per inch).  I would really like to see that quite a bit higher, because it just doesn't print well at all.
