Just stumbled upon this very interesting deck and couldn't find any information about the deck or its creator.

Was hoping one (or more) knowledgeable collectors will know a thing or two. :m

Funny you should find an article mentioning her that's debunking psychics.

I also found this short article on NYT (https://nyti.ms/2Jk6h8r) which quoted her:

"'If people knew how many people, especially the very rich and powerful ones, went to psychics, their jaws would drop through the floor,' said Rosanna Rogers, a psychic from Cleveland who claims to have 4,000 names in her Rolodex. 'But we know Nancy Reagan, she had an astrologer, and John Lennon and H.L. Hunt and J.P. Morgan used psychics. Morgan, you know, her said, 'Millionaires don't use psychics, billionaires do.'"

The headline is a bit misleading. The article's good - not so much about about debunking psychics as relaying personal experiences. Not all practitioners are genuine but the journalist met some pretty amazing psychics and clairvoyants and said so.
