I was dorking around on amazon.com, and there's a 20th anniversary edition coming out in November 08; preorder price is $39.99. It appears to be identical to the revised edition released a few years ago, except that this edition includes a black bag stamped with the Vertigo logo and there's gold accents on/in the book. What caught my interest is that it's going to be "printed to order", so I'm thinking it will be a very limited run, and probably of interest to collectors. :bl

Ah yes, heard about this reprint last year and have been awaitin'!! There are so many decks coming out in last half of the year, and funds are looowww. *sigh*

I doubt this will be of interest to collectors. What this means is that they will print as many copies as people will buy - not a guaranteed limited edition. One also wonders about the quality of the print as it sounds like it will be printed on demand.

Is this like that thing Blackwells have just bought where you ask for a book and they print it there and then in front of you ? because that sounds DIRE.....

This does sound nasty! Has any other deck been printed like this before? I really dislike this idea! I don't care about it being a collectors limted or not, I just want it. But printed on demand? Yikes.
