I bought this deck by Greg Hoose (Grey Goose Arts) quite a while ago, because I thought it was pretty. Unreadable imo, but I was intrigued.
When I bought it there certainly wasn't any difficulty getting a copy, but the artist's web site seems to have disappeared, and in fact I cannot find anything current about him.
For those of you not familiar with the deck, it came in a bamboo box with a ribbon tie, and the LWB consists of a poem about each card (I think I recall that he is a poet as well as an artist). For example, 3 of swords:
In the nothingness of vacant water
Hidden from the sight
It might as well be the deepest dark of night.
Some cards are portrait and some landscape in orientation, which contributes to its non-readability, imo.

A review from 2002 on tarotpassages gives some card scans. The link to Hoose's web site does not work.
For a self-published (I believe) deck the quality is excellent. Nice cardstock and a satin/linen-like finish. The cards are small, about the size of playing cards.
My question is, this deck seems completely unknown, I never see it mentioned. Did it just slip beneath the waves, no one remembers, no one ever liked it? What about its creator, any idea if he is still around?

Greg has disappeared - like so many.
You never hear it talked about because no-one still around HAS the thing.
I want it. If you don't like it - PM me
I have his Fae. I like that, too.....

I found it a few years ago, and immediately snapped it up. I've only seen it
on ebay twice in the last eight years. And yes, the Fae is equally rare, but one copy can be found with me.

I've only seen it acouple times too. I'd like a copy too, and I've never heard of his Fae deck.
