There are still some copies of the English edition of the Kitty Kahane Tarot purchasable at "La Tienda del Tarot", a spanish trader.

The cost is reasonable, but not cheaper nevertheless: 122,95€ (about 145$) + shipping (Europe - about 24$, outside Europe - more than 35$).
