Found this painted Lenormand by the German artist Michael Bock, apparently in collaboration with card reader/medium Ellaheh Kargoscha. I won't bother scanning any cards, as you can see them all at Ms. Kargoscha's site, where you can also order a copy if you're so inclined (although you'll have to email her about international shipping cost). It's available in two sizes (I got the larger version), and comes in a red fabric bag with a little booklet (in German) with card meanings.

I snagged both sizes of these when they were first released, they're gorgeous!

What an unusual deck! Thanks for posting, I'm always interested to see new takes on Lenormand cards.

I prefer the "Lenormand Oracle Cards," by Lo Scarabeo. The detail on that deck makes it easy to memorize.

There are also only four cards in the Lo Scarabeo deck that have people; which makes for a cleaner read, for me.

Yes, I've got the LoS Lenormand Oracle cards and I love the artwork on them too; lovely deck.
