last time I requested they replied 250 to 300 euros... I was looking for a third one since the box of one of my two copies is getting really old and torn apart, but I will wait for a better and more decent opportunity - maybe they lowered their prices though, so it's always worth asking, if you are ready to pay such a price try not to negotiate the shipping as their shipping are overpriced too if you order only one deck at a time.

There were a few that were sold in the past months on a famous auction site for less than 40 euros.

I saw one sold for 35 euros then sold again the next week by the buyer for 80 euros (starting price).

It's a pity this very important deck is not published anymore.

Yikes, I had no idea. So much for that idea, I guess. Unless someone here is willing to sell a copy, EBay is probably your best bet, eventually.

Sometimes one comes up on ebay at a reasonable price. Or you could try asking over at the Trading Forum at Aeclectic Tarot, although you have to be subscriber. I sold my spare copy there a few months ago for £50.

I think you'll find one at a reasonable price if you're patient. It's so difficult to be patient when you want an OOP deck though, (I know this for a fact... )

I bought one on eBay only a few months for $60USD. I think your quoted prices are unreasonable.

Le Palais' postage charges are obscene.

We have had words (and they also made a catastrophic listing error and I ended up with - well, never mind; they also do NO RETURNS even when they are wrong ....)  and I no longer deal with them.:ww

Just saying.... Pity.

How true, not even a bad joke : I just received an email from them today stating that their shipping charges will be even higher ! 24€ (31 US$) instead of previously 19 for a Belgium to France shipping - that's one or two hours away by train - and 39 € for international shipping (50 US$).

After my first reply from magicka@belgacom.net, I offered them £100 pounds for the deck delivered to my door.

They replied: At 285 euro for a brand new deck, we sell this deck well ( average 2 par month)

But please note that the price give is garantee until 15 January. After this date it “could” be more expensive.

If you run out of moeny we suggest you cheaper rare decks here: http://www.magicka.com/tarot/Occasion-tarot.htm

I dread to think how much the postage would have been, maybe they need the money for spelling lessons !

The card titles  have been added with black marker, but otherwise they look OK. Good to use, anyway. Low starting price too.

Fingers crossed for you JV! (If you decide to bid..:) )

Jacques, I've sent you a PM.

And 's OK, Darlene. I'm almost tempted myself, but I already have one, and OZ is a long way away for postage.

Jackdaw, I don't think he's around. I sent him a PM when one came up on a Buy it Now on UK Ebay at a good price, and it sat there for about three days before it was sold. I guess that he might be the buyer, but I haven't heard from him.

Sorry I have not replied, shame about the marker pen on the Australia eBay listing.

Yes I saw the ones on eBay uk, but I will still be patient for now.

Waiting for the perfect ones ha ha.

Thank You.
