Earlier today I sent them out,
so everyone can start watching their mailboxes.

Sorry again it took so long, and thanks for your patience.
I probably should have warned you better.

Anyway I hope you'll like what I did with it.

I just realized that the TCF deck is number 1200 in my list of decks! Can't think of a better way to celebrate going over the threshold. Very appropiate too! Breaking the 1200 with the tarot collectors forum deck. :cl

I just got my deck in the mail....I am soooooo :ok soooooooooo:ok thrilled.

I know I haven't been keeping up with the forum(s) lately and I apolgize for that...I've been having a lot of troubl with my son over the past year, but he is finally getting better.

Just wondering, did my card (emperor) get put on the cover of everyone's deck?  If so, I am deeply humbled. :)

Wow again :)

Oh and BTW.. we are a big penguin family here so I was sure to run into my daughters room to show her your card Ambriel :)

OMG! Bill...what an incredible and amazing job you did...

This deck looks and feels better than almost any other deck I have!

Maybe I am biased?

A truly professional quality job, with luscious stock, and absolutely stunning artwork from everyone involved!

Even my spouse was greatly impressed...and called it the most beautiful deck I own!

Thank you, thank you Bill

and Thank you everyone for sharing your awesome vision!

I second this very well stated missive.  I do wish the lwb had been better, the same size as the cards, etc.  But I needed to move onto the next project.

The deck is just wonderful Bill.  Thank you very much.

Someone here called me on the phone with apoplexy.

She'd gotten it in the mail.  While we were talking, Mr. Debra brought in our package from the post office.

Squeals of delight!

My husband's favorite card is Jackdaw's Lovers.

It looks 3-dimensional.

Also, it gave him an idea.

Wings are involved.

Back later....

Received mine yesterday.  I haven't been around much, but felt that I just had to come online to say how impressed I am by our deck and the professional quality that it has.  Of course, me - all thumbs and webbed-feet - can't fold the packaging into it's original wonder:f.  It was such a pity to have to tear the icon.

With two-thirds of my state on fire, towns obliterated and the death of so many people, animals and land in the fires, my mind has not been on tarot, and I had just plain forgotten our deck.  What a heart-lifting experience to receive it.  It won't put out the fires, bring people and things back to life, but it does carry a little, cheerful bird song to brighten my darkened heart.

Thanks everyone.

I love Mr. Debra.
And Debra, of course :tt

And I am anxious to hear about this idea.

Still waiting patiently for mine to arrive.  It can cross the Equator in no time flat, apparently, but not a simple land border ... sigh ...

I spoke too soon; mine arrived today!

OnePotato has done a glorious job - everyone's work is fantastic, and the finished product is cohesive and professional.

My favourite card on first review is Little Windows' Hermit.

Thanks so much to everyone for their art, and especially to OnePotato for all his hard work and the beautiful little extra, and Skad1 for her excellent job on the LWB.

OnePotato is the model....I made him stand for a photo shoot in the backyard, all draped in a sheet. Wonder what the neighbors thought....

They're absolutely stunning - the consistent border and font pull everyone's work together to make a cohesive deck. Many congratulations to all involved...:ro:ok

I'm very glad to hear that people are happy with my contribution.
I've tried to highlight everyone's art, and pull it all together into a cohesive deck, as this was a stated goal in the early posts.
Thank you again for your patience with me.

Special thanks to Skad1 for single-handedly putting together the little white book. I think it looks great.

Also to Little Window for the title card.

And to BlueToy for starting the project.

And of course to everyone who did a card!
A beautiful job all around!
Bravo!!!

skad1...I forgot to say thank you to you as well...
and I think you are insane. :hp

The lwb could NOT be better...it's perfect!

I did not realize you did that all yourself...the format is great...and the size is great, with the photos of all the cards in there ...it is a perfect compliment to the deck!

I tried making lwbs...and just the formatting part alone led to weeks of sleepless anxiety!

I think it will take a while for me to experience my copy of the deck since it has to pass through several, uh, avenues before I get it (safely). But from how people have been reacting here, I really can't wait for that time to come! Thanks OnePotato for your very generous offering, and to Skad for working on that lwb and really all of us for contributing here! :)

I am back and I am GOBSMACKED. It is GORGEOUS (and so is the LWB) - and the personalised covers - wow.

I just WISH I hadn't had to break the seal though. I did it VERY neatly, but still, it  almost broke my little heart....

Thank you SO much OnePotato - this was FAR FAR above the everything of duuty and benevolence. :ro:ro:ro

I finally have it! Everything about it's just wow. From the personalized packaging, to that little square seal that bound the wrapper, to the cards themselves. Thanks so much OnePotato, and Skad.
