Independently published decks often have their artwork for sale on their sites.
EBay, Etsy, and artfire also carry allthings tarot.
If you still can't find what you're looking for, create your own on sites such as Zazzle.com
If your looking for posters available in actual brick and mortar stores there are poster shops and metaphysical shops in most city's.
