I bought a used copy recently. I like it. But it is missing its booklet. This is one deck that NEEDS its booklet. I emailed the author - but got no response. Has any one a spare they don't want - or would anyone *cough* scan it for me ? I don't know how big it is - but the space in the box isn't huge, so it can't be THAT bad...
Did you offer to pay the creator of the deck some money to pay for his effort in supplying you with the book and then shipping it to you or by whatever means that he would do that?
He most likely does not want to do it because it is a used copy and not one that you bought from him new. Well that's my two cents
