Not at all. This is clearly a well-researched historical recreation of an artifact from the legendary Restroom Trismegistus which, according to hieroglyphics finally translated with the help of the Rosetta Stone, was located "around back" of the Great Pyramid of Giza.

Ah, if only they didn't use the Miss Cleo deck for that toilet-seat, I might have been tempted .
But seriously, if you are gonna make a tarot toilet-seat, there are way better decks out there to use. So I am not even tempted to get this. I do know of people who have all kinds of tarot related items that probably would see it as a must-have though.

I understand the emerald tablets turned out to be urinal deodorizer cakes.

After all, when every one was going nuts over vintage flights of ducks on the wall back in the '80's, I emptied 3 toilet duck cleaner containers and 'flight-ed' them on the loo wall. Problem was ... all my fellow students from Uni (I was an allegedly 'mature' age student) didn't get the joke. They thought it was remarkable art.
On the other hand ... maybe the joke was on me? Could it have been remarkable art? I think not.
Maybe I will buy it and invite the door-knocking religious to use my loo. Now that would be funny.... but not very nice though. Hence, I will forgo my gigglesome pleasure.

Remember the wise saying "art is in the beholders eye" oh wait, wasn't that supposed to be 'beauty'? the saying works as modified tho.
That is the way collages probably started. someone's sense of humor that someone else thought was wonderful.
It definitely would have been remarkable art is some rich (crazy) person paid gazillions for it and has it handing in his ritzy penthouse!

I believe life is art and we are all artists.
Art is where we find it.
Isn't the bathroom the most frequented room in the house?
That being said, decorating the INSIDE of the bowl opens a whole new can-o-worms...
