(This is not intended as a challenge to you, Adam--I'm just thinking about the idea of the "driven artists" whose grand obsessions, demons etc. goads them on to greater heights etc.) I'd love to hear what the artists on the forum think of this idea and their own experience with irrationality as a motivator to creative work.
