It's part tarot, part oracle and part educational. There are definitely strong Biblical themes. The artist seems to have drawn influence from many different sources and brought them all together. It has all the earmarks of something from the 60s or early 70s. I like the Candy Man. "What giveth he more to the children than candy?"
