Judgement. The idea, that if we are virtuous, we can pass from one realm to another and find ourselves in a better place. Sometimes we pass through these realms in our lives and do not find ourselves in a better place at all, but in a more somber, realistic place. The judgment that is passed upon us in our daily lives is not always what we want, but most times you can be it will surely be what we need. Change is the only real promise of judgement, so be careful what you pray for.
That's me by the way, at the alter in a beautiful church we visited in San Juan. I'm not catholic, but who can resist the opportunity to pray at such a beautiful alter.Attached Image (viewed 92 times):
