Baby_dream on ebay got it for me ages ago. And I assume you have tried yesasia ? There is also mangaart who might help, though her postage charges are scary. And when I get my machine back - I have a link to a strange site where I found the Windmill once - they might.... though it is all in Japanese; I had to get help from an AT member with ordering !!!! It is rather nice !
