Sumada graciously pasted my Empress Card two messages below because I could not remember how to copy an image into my own post - thank you!! :ok

I've deleted the PDF attachment I included earlier.

The lines on my particular template reminded me of a pregnant woman's profile, so I searched for an image that would fit exactly right into that lower left area. The flowing water was created & twisted with a bunch of filters & effects in Photoshop & the background is a muted image of an ultrasound, recolored for a more watery effect than in a typical ultrasound image.

I received written permission from Rachel, the photographer who took the photo of the pregnant woman (website: pregnancyportraits.net). I cropped and blurred the image considerably in Photoshop, but I still felt compelled to ask permission to use it.
