That looks JUST like my 78 + several extra cards "New Women's Tarot". Before Comparative went under, a number of us were comparing cards as there were several versions, some with more cards than others - I am lucky enough (along with one other person) to have the MOST complete set, at 86 cards + 4 blanks. I think I could still find the discussion of this, though the scans we all posted are gone now.
