reading of this science, I will cease my pen to eschew prolixity.
And now I do much blame myself for that I have not in this my Epistle
used my pen in each point and sentence, with such high names of dignity
as it becometh so noble and royal a princess as you are, considering that
the Turk and infidel doth magnify his princess with all regal honour and
earthly dignity above the starry sky, or eighth sphere. This considered I
will not be abashed to write to have your majesty in such royal
reputation, as to be the most high, mighty, and Christian princess of the
world, who I beseech God to maintain in your most royal estate, and long
to reign over us in much honour, joy, and solicitude.
